Google Marketing Live

We partnered with Google to transform their Bay View Campus into an immersive brand experience for Google Marketing Live, the company’s premier annual event for advertisers and marketing professionals. The multi-day experience featured groundbreaking ad innovations across Google and YouTube, a globally live-streamed keynote, and interactive demos.

We built the space from the ground up, using 3D renders to shape every design detail—from floral installations and uniforms to furniture, décor, custom fabrications, and 250+ unique graphic assets—while supporting live demo stations, animation, and overall user journeys.

In partnership with Salt Productions, we created a cohesive experience that carried attendees from morning coffee and product announcements to AI demos, a sunset dinner, and a private T-Pain performance.

Photo-op moments, AI-driven demo stations, and subtle nods to Google’s advertising ecosystem brought the GML narrative to life across campus. Each touchpoint was designed for interaction—inviting guests to engage, learn, and capture shareable moments throughout the experience.

Beautifully curated tablescapes, fresh florals, and branded coffee huts helped bring warmth and approachability to the event. From morning espresso to sunset dinner, every touchpoint was styled to feel intentional, inviting, and distinctly Google.
